If you want to display your cosplay at SMASH! then this is your chance! First things first: you need to fill out this simple application. After applications have closed we will get back to you and let you know if you’ve made it!

Be aware that there are limited spots available so get in fast to be able to win yourself a free weekend pass to this year’s SMASH! Convention 2022.

Conditions:

• You must be available on Friday 15th of July from 2pm until 7pm (the day before SMASH!) to set up your cosplay.
• Your cosplay will need to remain on display until the convention closes on Sunday 17th of July. Cosplay pick-up is from 6pm until 8pm on Sunday.

 

Your Cosplay will be behind barricades and a No Touch policy will apply.

The venue is monitored by security and will be locked down after every day.

Neither SMASH! nor the venue hold responsibility for any possible damage to your Cosplay.
